• You have the right to return the products you purchased free of charge within 14 working days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products.
• Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without their packaging having been unsealed or tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.

Note: Returns are not accepted for imported (custom-made) lighting fixtures.
