• You have the right to return the products you purchased free of charge within 14 working days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products.
• Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without their packaging having been unsealed or tampered with, along with the retail receipt or invoice.

Note: Returns are not accepted for imported (custom-made) lighting fixtures.

• To avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, wrong item, etc.). • In the event of a return of the products and depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the method by which the return will be made, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products.
